Because CNBuySheet is not a seller, all returns and refunds go through your shopping agent — and the realistic options depend on where your item is.

Before international shipping (best window)

While the item sits in the agent's warehouse you have real options: most agents can return items to the seller within the marketplace's return window (usually 7 days from warehouse arrival, unworn, tags on). This is exactly why you should review QC photos carefully before submitting your parcel — wrong size, wrong color and visible defects are all catchable here.

After international shipping

Once the parcel leaves China, returns are rarely practical — return shipping usually costs more than the item. Damaged-in-transit claims go through the shipping line's insurance if you bought it.

• Always request extra QC photos from your agent if anything looks off
• Check size charts in the listing and ask the agent to measure if unsure
• Buy shipping insurance for high-value parcels
