Shipping basics
CNBuySheet doesn't ship anything — your shopping agent does. Every order has two legs:
1. Domestic leg (seller → agent warehouse)
The seller ships to your agent's Chinese warehouse, usually within 2–7 days. Most agents charge little or nothing for this leg; it's often included in the item price.
2. International leg (warehouse → you)
Once your items arrive and you've reviewed the QC photos, you submit a parcel. You choose the shipping line (EMS, DHL, dedicated lines, sea freight…) — price and speed vary by weight, destination and line. Agents publish calculators; compare before you submit.
Things that affect your cost
- Volumetric weight — bulky items (shoes, jackets) often cost more than their scale weight
- Consolidation — shipping many items in one parcel is much cheaper than separate parcels
- Customs — import duties and taxes are your responsibility and depend on your country
Exact rates, insurance and parcel rules are defined by your agent — check their site (links on our agents page).
