1. What this service is

cnbuysheet.com is an information service: we organize publicly available marketplace listings (titles, prices, photos, links) with research such as QC photos and variant lists. We are not a marketplace, seller, payment processor or shipping agent.

2. No transaction involvement

All purchases happen on third-party platforms (marketplaces and shopping agents). We are not a party to those transactions and bear no responsibility for product quality, authenticity, payment, shipping, customs or after-sales service.

3. Accuracy

Prices and availability sync from source listings periodically and can lag or be wrong. Always verify on the source listing before ordering. Currency conversion is indicative only.

4. Your account and content

You're responsible for activity on your account. Reviews you post must be your honest experience; we may remove content that is unlawful, spammy, or unrelated to the product, and may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

5. Intellectual property

Listing content belongs to its respective owners. Rights holders may request removal via the contact page; valid requests are honored promptly.

6. Affiliate disclosure

Some outbound links to shopping agents include referral codes — using them costs you nothing extra and may earn us a commission that keeps the sheet running.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from use of the service or third-party platforms linked from it.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means acceptance. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above.
